Accelerator Pedal Assembly Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION

2. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1).

3. Remove protective cap (1.)

4. Remove screw (1).

   Torque: 8 Nm

5. Guide out the accelerator pedal (1) from the floor panel carpet (2).

6. Remove the accelerator pedal (1).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following. All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 
2. Reconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
