Console Harness Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove Front Floor Console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove Front Floor Console Cup Holder Bezel Trim. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE CUP HOLDER BEZEL TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Remove Front Floor Console Side Lower on left side. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE SIDE LOWER TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

4. Remove 6 screws (1).

   Torque: 2.5 Nm 

5. Pull off air duct (2) in the direction of the arrow and remove.

   Installation note: Check seals (1), replace if necessary

6. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (1).

7. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (1).

8. Detach 4 wiring harness holder (1) from front floor console.

9. Detach 7 wiring harness holder (1) from front floor console.
10. Unthread and remove wiring harness (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Front Floor Console Side Lower on left side. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE SIDE LOWER TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Install Front Floor Console Cup Holder Bezel Trim. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE CUP HOLDER BEZEL TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
4. Install Front Floor Console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
