Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van Only

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side 

1. Lift the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE
2. Remove Wheels. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

3. Detach the cable (1) for the pulse generator from the holder.

   Installation note: Ensure correct cable routing.

4. Remove and discard the torque prevailing nut and bolt (1)

   Replace with new only 

   Torque - First Pass: 60 Nm 

   Torque - Final Pass: 48° Rotation Angle 

5. Remove Bracket (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

   Installation note: Replace nuts and bolts. 

2. Install Wheels. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
