INS GPS Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
2. Remove Front Floor Console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REPLACEMENT

3. Unlock and disconnect 2 electrical plug connections (1).

4. Remove 4 nuts (1) and remove the INS GPS (2).

   Torque: 6 Nm 

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Front Floor Console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REPLACEMENT
3. Reconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
4. Diagnostics, Programming and Setup. Refer to DIAGNOSTICS, PROGRAMMING AND SETUP USING SCAN TOOL IN SERVICE
