Access to VinFast Signing Server 

In order to access the engineering mode, you must first gain security authorization.

This involves obtaining a verification code from the MHU itself, and then navigating to the VinFast Signing Server to obtain a one-time-pin (OTP) which you then enter into the MHU to gain access.

To access the signing server, you will need the following:

1. Access to the VinFast network by using the VinFast VPN.

   Please email VinFast IT at itservicedesk@vinfast.vn  for further information on installing and setting up VinFast VPN.

2. Access and login credentials for the VinFast Signing Server.

   Please ensure you have access to the signing server before proceeding with programming.

   Please contact your VinFast Field Service Engineer for more information on how to gain access to the

   VinFast Signing Server.

   https://signing.vinfast.vn 

Accessing Engineering Mode

5. Press to area under VIN number with 5 times to activate "Engineering Mode"
