| Failure Criteria |
-
- HvMcu_SevFault is considered to happen when Hvmcu active discharge failure, 2 ms Cycle test.
- Hvmcu bus voltage check error, 2 ms Cycle test.
- Hvmcu voltage hardware failure, 2 ms Cycle test.
- Hvmcu active discharge duty cycle failure.
- Hvmcu active discharge frequency fault.
- HvMcu emergency power supply voltage fault.
- Hvmcu check failure.
- Hvmcu frame loss fault occur
- HvMcu communication disconnection failure happen.
- When the sampling value of the power supply voltage (1.8V, 3.3V, 5V, 18V, etc.) of the chip controller exceeds the threshold value, a fault will be reported. Any one of these things, test failed.
-
- Starting from the active discharge, if the bus voltage is still greater than 60V after more than 200 operation cycles (10 ms), the active discharge time-out is determined.
- MCU determines to enter the active discharge state and discharge flag enable, over 20 cycle time (10 ms), the decrease of high voltage is smaller than 100V (CAL_Scf_UdcLnkAbsDiffLim_f32), the fault will report.
