On-board Diagnostic (OBD) Vehicle Connection

The VCI module needs to be plugged into the diagnostic connector on the vehicle which is typically located under the drivers steering wheel. The OBD connector can only go one way and the VCI module lights will turn on when the connection is OK. The OBD connector provides 12v supply to the VCI module in addition to diagnostic communication.
