Front Seat Control Switch Module Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove front seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to FRONT SEAT CUSHION OUTER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Carefully lever the front seat adjuster handles/knobs (1) with a suitable plastic tool from indicated areas and remove them.

3. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm 

4. Remove control switch (2).

Installation Note: Check retaining lugs for damage, replace knobs if necessary. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install front seat cushion outer trim panel. Refer to FRONT SEAT CUSHION OUTER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Diagnostics, Programming and Setup. Refer to DIAGNOSTICS, PROGRAMMING AND SETUP USING SCAN TOOL IN SERVICE
