  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [02/2024 - ]

  3. CHECK DTC, FREEZE FRAME DATA AND VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (RoB)* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      Chassis > Trailer Brake Controller > Trouble Codes 

    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      Chassis > Trailer Brake Controller > Clear DTCs 

    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs.

        Chassis > Trailer Brake Controller > Trouble Codes 

        HINT: 

    4. Check the Vehicle Control History (RoB).

      Refer to VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (RoB) [02/2024 - ]

    After performing troubleshooting and repair regarding vehicle control history (RoB), clear the vehicle control history (RoB).
