Installation [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

Torque: 4.5 N.m (46 kgf/cm, 40 in.lbf)

   1. Install the ECM with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      If the ECM has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   2. Connect the 3 ECM connectors and rotate the 3 levers to lock them.
      NOTE:

      • When connecting the ECM connectors, make sure that the connecting parts of the ECM connectors are free of dirt, water and other foreign matter.
      • Be sure to securely connect the ECM connectors.

   1. Install the air cleaner assembly to the air cleaner hose.
      NOTE:

      Align the cutout of the air cleaner hose with the protrusion of the air cleaner assembly.

   2. Tighten the hose clamp in the position shown in the illustration.
   3. Engage the 3 pins to install the air cleaner assembly.
   4. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.
   5. Connect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.

   1. Install the inlet air cleaner assembly with the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf)
