Main Fuse: Removal: Procedure

  1. REMOVE MAIN FUSE 
    1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

    2. While pressing the main fuse cover hook in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure using a tape wrapped flathead screwdriver, lift up the main fuse cover in the direction of the arrow (2) to detach the main fuse cover hook from the main fuse tab.

    3. Remove the main fuse cover.

    4. Remove the nuts.

      *a Nut *b Main fuse
      *c Front wiring harness *d Engine wiring harness
      N*m (kgf*cm, ft.*lbf): Specified torque - -
    5. Remove the main fuse.
