Main Body Ecu: Installation: Procedure

INSTALL MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU
1. Connect the connectors.
2. Rotate the multiplex network body ECU.
3. Attach the hook.
4. Attach the tab.
5. Connect the connector.
6. Install the following parts:
  1. Driver-side lower panel.
    Refer to INSTALLATION
  2. Front side trim (LH).
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
  3. Front scuff plate (LH).
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
8. If the multiplex network body ECU is replaced and the auto configuration is performed, perform the auto configuration using the following procedure.
  1. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 1 min or more.
  2. Switch the ignition off and wait for 3 s or more.
  3. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and complete the multiplex network body ECU auto configuration.
  4. Using the Techstream, verify that DTCs U2300:54, U2300:55, or U2300:56 is not displayed.
    - If DTC U2300:54, U2300:55, or U2300:56 is displayed, go to the DTC troubleshooting procedure.
