Installation [06/2015 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL FRONT SPEED SENSOR
- Install the front speed sensor to the steering knuckle with the bolt.
Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- Prevent foreign matter from adhering to the front speed sensor tip.
- Firmly insert the front speed sensor body into the steering knuckle before tightening the bolt.
- Do not twist the front speed sensor wire harness when installing it.
- Engage the clamp to the front shock absorber assembly.
- Install the front speed sensor clamp to the front shock absorber assembly and vehicle body with the 2 bolts.
For Bolt A
Torque: 18.8 N*m (192 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)
For Bolt B
Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)
NOTE:Do not twist the wire harness for the sensor clamp when installing it.
- Engage the 2 clamps to install the front speed sensor to the vehicle body.
- Connect the connector.NOTE:
Do not twist the wire harness for the sensor clamp when installing it.
- Fold back the front fender splash shield sub-assembly.
- Install the front speed sensor to the steering knuckle with the bolt.
- INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Install the front fender splash shield sub-assembly with the 3 clips and 4 screws.
- Install a new grommet.
- Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, install the 2 hexagon screws.
- INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
