Knock Sensor: Removal: Removal

  1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD 
    1. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to REMOVAL .
  2. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 9
  4. REMOVE SEPARATOR CASE 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and separator case.

  5. REMOVE KNOCK SENSOR

    1. Disconnect the 4 knock sensor connectors.
    2. Remove the 4 bolts and 4 knock sensors.
