Noise Occurs from Generator while Engine is Running: Procedure
- CHECK LOOSENESS OF V-RIBBED BELT
- Check the tension of the belt by pushing it down with a finger.
OK
The tension of the belt is enough.

- CHECK V-RIBBED BELT FOR WEAR
- Check the V-ribbed belt for wear.
OK
The V-ribbed belt is not worn.

- CHECK GENERATOR CLUTCH PULLEY FOR WEAR
- Check the clutch pulley grooves for wear or other defects.
OK
The clutch pulley grooves are not damaged.

- CHECK FOR NOISE WHILE GENERATOR CLUTCH PULLEY IS OPERATING
- Perform a driving test and check if noise occurs when decelerating.
