Auxiliary Battery: Installation: Installation

INSTALL AUXILIARY BATTERY
1. Install the auxiliary battery.
2. Connect the battery ventilation hose to the battery without kinking it.

  HINT:
  
  Push in the battery ventilation hose to the battery until a click sound is heard.
3. Install the battery clamp with the bolt and nut.

  Nut
  
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
  
  Bolt
  
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
4. Install the battery thermometer sensor connector
5. Connect the positive (+) battery terminal with the nut.

  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
6. Install the battery terminal cap.
7. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear upper No. 3 floor board plate.

CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
1. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal with the nut.
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 58
INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 59
INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for Separate Type) . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 60
