Exhaust Manifold: Removal: Removal

- REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR
Refer to REMOVAL
- REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR
- Remove the 4 bolts and No. 1 exhaust manifold heat insulator.
- REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.
- Remove the 4 bolts and 4 compression springs.
- Remove the front exhaust pipe assembly from the 2 exhaust pipe supports.
- Remove the 2 gaskets.
- REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY
- Remove the 2 nuts and 2 drive shaft heat insulator sub-assemblies.
- Remove the 3 bolts and manifold stay.
- REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD
- Remove the 5 nuts and exhaust manifold.
- Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
- REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR
- Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulator.
