Emission Control System (1GR-FE) (Service Information): Canister: Installation: Installation
- INSTALL CANISTER ASSEMBLY
- Install the canister with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 29 N*m (296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)
- Attach the wire harness clamp.
- Connect the vent line hose.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION
*1 Vent Line Hose Push - Push the hose into the port and push the retainer to lock it.NOTE:
- Check for damage or foreign objects on the connected part.
- After connecting the hose, check that the vent hose and valve are securely connected by pulling on them.
- Push the hose into the port and push the retainer to lock it.
- Connect the air inlet line hose.NOTE:
- Check for damage or foreign objects on the connected part.
- After connecting the hose, check that the vent hose and valve are securely connected by pulling on them.
- Connect the purge line hose.
- Connect the pump module connector.
- Connect the wiring harness clamp bracket with the nut.
Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
- Install the canister with the 4 bolts.
