Section 13 (Engine Cooling System (Service Information)): Thermostat: Installation: Installation

- INSTALL WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT
- Install a new gasket and the water inlet with thermostat with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf)
- Install a new gasket and the water inlet with thermostat with the 3 nuts.
- CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE See step 7
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT See step 2
- INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK . Refer toON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer toINSTALLATION - Step 40
- INSTALL V-BANK COVER . Refer toINSTALLATION - Step 11
