Front Console Box: Disassembly

REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 screws.

2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the front console box cup holder sub-assembly.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE END PANEL (for 2WD)
1. Disengage the 10 claws and 2 guides, and remove the front console end panel.

REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE END PANEL (for 4WD)
1. Disengage the 8 claws and 2 guides, and remove the front console end panel.

REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door sub-assembly.

REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION (w/o Lower Console Box)
1. Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console compartment door.

1. for console box lid:
  1. Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console compartment door.

2. for under tray:
  1. Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console compartment door.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.

2. for under tray:
  1. Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.

REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX
1. Remove the 5 screws.
2. Remove the lower console box.
