Blower Unit: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the air inlet control servo motor.

  2. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the air filter case as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER 
    1. Remove the clean air filter as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the blower resistor.

  5. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor sub-assembly.
