Floor Shift Assembly: Removal

  1. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  3. DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the lock clip and disconnect the control cable from the shift lever.

  4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the shift lock control computer connector.
    2. Disconnect the indicator light connector.
    3. Remove the 4 bolts and the shift lever assembly.
