Combination Meter: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 
    1. Disengage the 14 claws and remove the front door scuff plate.

  3. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE FOOTREST CLIP  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 
    1. Remove the clip.
    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the cowl side trim board.

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUBASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  9. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH  (See REMOVAL )
  10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL  (See REMOVAL )
  11. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors and clamp and remove the combination meter.
