On-Vehicle Inspection

  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the A9 connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL ASSEMBLY VOLTAGE

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A9-18 (IG) - Body ground Turn the ignition switch off Below 1 V
      Turn the ignition switch to the ON position 10 to 14 V
      A9-19 (ACC) - Body ground Turn the ignition switch off Below 1 V
      Turn the ignition switch to the ON position 10 to 14 V
      A9-20 (B) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance 

      INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL ASSEMBLY RESISTANCE

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A9-1 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      HINT:

      If the value is not as specified, repair or replace harness or connector.
