Power Window Regulator Motor: Installation

  1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.
    2. Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

      Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)

  2. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  3. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  4. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRONT GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  5. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REAR LOWER FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  6. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS RUN  (See REASSEMBLY )
  7. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side (See REMOVAL ).

  8. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOLDING 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side (See REMOVAL ).

  9. INSTALL REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER  (See REASSEMBLY )
  10. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM NO. 2 BRACKET  (See REASSEMBLY )
  11. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  12. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG  (See REASSEMBLY )
  13. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL  (See REASSEMBLY )
  14. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH  (See REASSEMBLY )
  15. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.
    2. Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the front power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

      Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)

  16. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  17. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  18. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS RUN  (See REASSEMBLY )
  19. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER  (See REASSEMBLY )
  20. INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT DOOR TRIM BRACKET  (See REASSEMBLY )
  21. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side (See INSTALLATION ).

  22. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side (See INSTALLATION ).

  23. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY )
  24. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL  (See REASSEMBLY )
  25. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG  (See REASSEMBLY )
  26. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH  (See REASSEMBLY )
  27. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).

    Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
