Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK LOCATION 
    1. Does sound skip only during strong vibration?

      OK: Sound skip is only during strong vibration. 

    • OK: SOUND SKIPPING CAUSED BY VIBRATION 
    • NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION 
    1. Is CD player properly installed?
    • OK: RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY PROPERLY 
    • NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  3. DID TEMPERATURE IN CABIN CHANGE RAPIDLY? 
    1. Has rapidly temperature change occurred inside cabin?

      OK: Rapid temperature change occurred. 

    • OK: FORMATION OF CONDENSATION DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES 
    • NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
