Oil Pump: Reassembly

INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE
1. Apply engine oil to the oil pump relief valve.
2. Install the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve spring to the oil pump cover.
3. Install the oil pump relief valve plug.
  Torque: 25 N*m (255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET
1. Apply engine oil to the drive and driven rotors.
2. Install the rotors to the oil pump body with the marks facing upward.

3. Install the oil pump cover with the 2 bolts and 3 screws.
  Torque: 8.8 N*m (90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf) for bolt
  
  10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) for screw
