Diagnosis System

  1. DTC COMBINATION TABLE 
    NOTE: Complete "CHECK CAN BUS LINE" (CAN BUS LINE  ) to confirm that there is no disconnection in the CAN main bus lines and there is no short circuit, short to +B, or short to ground in the CAN bus lines. Then perform troubleshooting according to the DTC combination table.
    1. Confirm the trouble mode according to the combination of output DTCs.
      COMBINATION OF OUTPUT DTCS

      HINT:
      • U0073/94, U0100/65, U0123/62, U0123/63, and U0124/95 are the DTCs in the CAN communication system.
      • The above table shows combinations of these DTCs.
      • ◦.....DTCs that are being output.
      • -......DTCs that are not being output.
    2. Confirm the trouble mode by referring to COMBINATION OF OUTPUT DTCS  . Then check the parts to be replaced , by referring to the table below.

      Skid control ECU communication stop mode (U0073/94, U0100/65, U0123/62, U0123/63 and U0124/95 are output simultaneously)
      • Open circuit between skid control ECU and junction connector
      • Skid control ECU power source/internal malfunction
      		 SKID CONTROL ECU COMMUNICATION STOP MODE 
      Yaw rate sensor communication stop mode (U0123/63 and U0124/95 are output simultaneously)
      • Open circuit between yaw rate sensor and junction connector
      • Yaw rate sensor power source/internal malfunction
      		 YAW RATE SENSOR COMMUNICATION STOP MODE 
      Steering sensor communication stop mode (U0126/63 only)
      • Open circuit between steering sensor and junction connector
      • Steering sensor power source/internal malfunction
      		 STEERING ANGLE SENSOR COMMUNICATION STOP MODE 
      ECM communication stop mode (U0100/65 only)
      • Open circuit between ECM and junction connector
      • ECM power source/internal malfunction
      		 ECM COMMUNICATION STOP MODE 
      Combination meter ECU communication stop mode (U0100/65 only)
      • Open circuit between combination meter ECU and junction connector
      • Combination meter ECU power source/internal malfunction
      		 COMBINATION METER ECU COMMUNICATION STOP MODE
