Acc Cut Relay: Inspection

  1. INSPECT ACC CUT RELAY 
    1. Check the resistance.
      1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals. Standard resistance
        ACC CUT RELAY

        Tester Connection Specified Condition
        3-4 Below 1 ohms
        10 k ohms or higher (when battery voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2)
        3-5 Below 1 ohms (when battery voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2)
        10 k ohms or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
