Inspection Procedure
- CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH) (POWER SOURCE)
- Disconnect the H1 power window regulator switch assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage
POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH) (POWER SOURCE) VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition H1-3 - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V - Reconnect the H1 power window regulator switch assembly connector.

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH)
- Remove the power window regulator switch assembly.
- Measure the resistance of the switch when the switch is operated.
Standard resistance
POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH) SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1-2
3-4UP Below 1 Ω 1-2
4-5OFF Below 1 Ω 2-3
4-5DOWN Below 1 Ω - Reinstall the power window regulator switch assembly.
NG: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH)
OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SWITCH (REAR RH) - MOTOR (REAR RH))
- Disconnect the H1 power window regulator switch assembly connector.
- Disconnect the H2 power window regulator motor assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
SWITCH (REAR RH) - MOTOR (REAR RH) SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition H1-4-H2-1 Below 1 Ω H1-2-H2-2 Below 1 Ω H1-4 or H2-1 - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher H1-2 or H2-2 - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher - Reconnect the H1 power window regulator switch assembly connector.
- Reconnect the H2 power window regulator motor assembly connector.
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (REAR RH)
- Remove the power window regulator motor assembly.
- Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 and 2.
- Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.
OK
POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (REAR RH) INSPECTIONMeasurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) --> 1
Battery negative (-) --> 2Motor gear rotates counterclockwise Battery positive (+) --> 2
Battery negative (-) --> 1Motor gear rotates clockwise - Reinstall the power window regulator motor assembly
NG: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (REAR RH)
OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER SWITCH - SWITCH (REAR RH))
- Disconnect the G1 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
- Disconnect the H1 power window regulator switch assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
MASTER SWITCH - SWITCH (REAR RH) SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition G1-10 (U) - H1-5 Below 1 Ω G1-18 (D) - H1-1 Below 1 Ω G1-10 (U) or H1-5 - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher G1-18 (D) or H1-1 - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher - Reconnect the G1 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
- Reconnect the HI power window regulator switch assembly connector.
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH SWITCH)
- Inspect the rear RH switch.
- Remove the power window regulator master switch assembly.
- Measure the resistance of the switch when the switch is operated.

- Inspect the rear RH switch.
