Fuel Pump: Reassembly

REMOVE FUEL SUCTION PLATE NO.2
1. Install the 2 springs and suction plate No.2 to the suction plate No.1.
2. Using a needle-nose pliers, install the 2 new E-rings to the suction plate No.2.

INSTALL FUEL PUMP
1. Apply a light coat of gasoline or spindle oil to a new O- ring, and install it to the fuel pump.

2. Connect the fuel pump harness connector to the fuel pump.

3. Install the fuel pump with the suction filter to the fuel filter.

INSTALL FUEL FILTER
1. Install the fuel filter to the fuel sub-tank.

INSTALL FUEL SUB-TANK
1. Connect the fuel suction plate No.2 to the fuel sub-tank with the 3 snap-claws engaged.

2. Connect the 2 tubes to the tube clamps.

3. Connect the suction filter hose to the fuel sub-tank.

4. Connect the fuel pump harness connector to the fuel suction plate No.1.

INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE
1. Install the fuel sender gauge to the fuel suction support.

2. Connect the sender gauge connector to the fuel suction plate No.1.
