Inspection Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
2. Open the back door glass.
3. Press the back door power window switch until the door glass is fully closed, and continue to hold the switch 1 second more even after the door glass is fully closed.
4. Check that the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates normally.

OK: END 

NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Disconnect the B10 ECU connector.
2. Disconnect the B14 back door motor connector.
3. Check the continuity between the wire harness side connectors.
   STANDARD TERMINAL CONDITIONS
   
   

   Terminal No.	Specified Condition
   B10-23 - B14-6	Continuity
   B10-17 - B14-5	Continuity
   B10-16 - B14-2	Continuity
   B10-11 - B14-3	Continuity

4. Check the continuity between the B10 ECU connector and body ground.
   STANDARD TERMINAL CONDITIONS

   B10-23 - Body Ground	No Continuity
   B10-17 - Body Ground	No Continuity
   B10-16 - Body Ground	No Continuity
   B10-11 - Body Ground	No Continuity

1. Disconnect the B10 ECU connector.
2. Disconnect the B14 back door motor connector.
   STANDARD TERMINAL CONDITIONS
   
   

   DTC is output	Proceed to A
   DTC is not output	Proceed to B
