Inspection Procedure

1. Delete the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
2. Check for DTCs again.

   OK : No DTC is output. 

OK : END 

NG : GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Disconnect the P6 and H14 ECU connectors.
2. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFICATION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   P6-39 (STSW) - H14-5 (ST2)	Below 1 Ω
   P6-39 (STSW) or H14-5 (ST2) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

OK : GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. After replacing the power source control ECU with a normally functioning ECU, check that the hybrid control system can start normally.

   OK : Hybrid control system can start normally. 

NG : GO TO HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM 

OK : NORMAL (POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU DEFECTIVE)
