Front Bumper: Installation

  1. INSTALL FRONT LICENCE PLATE MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Install the bracket with the 2 screws.
  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH 
    1. Install the side support with a screw.
  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH 
    1. Install the side support with a screw.
  4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) 
  5. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) 
  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) 
  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) 
  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH 
  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH 
  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Install the reinforcement with the 4 nuts.

      Torque: 36 N*m (367 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf) 

    2. Install the 2 connector clamps.
  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER 
    1. Install the cover lower with the 8 claws and 2 bolts.
  14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Install the bumper cover with the 4 screws, 3 clips and 2 bolts.
    2. Aero type:

      Install the bumper with the 6 screws, 3 clips and 2 bolts.

      Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf) 

  15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH 
  16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH 
  17. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH 
    1. Install the fender liner with the 2 clips.
    2. Aero type:

      Install the fender liner with the 4 clips.

  18. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH 
    1. Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
