Engine Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER REAR (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  3. DRAIN ENGINE  COOLANT 
  4. DRAIN ENGINE OIL (See  REPLACEMENT   ) 
  5. REMOVE OIL FILTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  REPLACEMENT   ) 
  6. REMOVE ENGINE OIL COOLER 
    1. Disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler.
    2. Remove the union bolt, plate washer and oil cooler.
    3. Remove the O-ring from the oil cooler.
