Back Door Glass: Adjustment

  1. INSPECT BACK DOOR GLASS 
    1. Check that the clearance measurements are within the standard ranges.

      Standard 

      AREA MEASUREMENT

      Area Measurement
      A 8 to 11 mm (0.315 to 0.433 In.)
      B 2 to 5 mm (0.079 to 0.197 in.)
      C 3.5 to 6.5 mm (0.138 to 0.256 In.)
      D 2 to 5 mm (0.079 to 0.197 in.)
      E 4.5 to 7.5 mm (0.177 to 0.295 In.)
      F 4.5 to 7.5 mm (0.177 to 0.295 in.)
      G 2 to 5 mm (0.079 to 0.197 in.)
      H 2 to 5 mm (0.079 to 0.197 in.)
      I 3.5 to 6.5 mm (0.138 to 0.256 in.)
  2. ADJUST BACK DOOR GLASS 
    1. Adjust the glass position.
      1. Loosen the glass side hinge nuts and adjust the glass position.
      2. Tighten the glass side hinge nuts after the adjustment.

        Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)
