Circuit Opening Relay: Inspection

  1. INSPECT CIRCUIT OPENING RELAY 
    1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance according to the value(s) in STANDARD RESISTANCE TABLE .

      Standard resistance 

      STANDARD RESISTANCE TABLE

      Tester Connection Specified Condition
      1E-7-1E-13 10 kΩ or higher
      1E-7-1E-13 Below 1 Ω (Battery voltage is applied between terminals 1E-8 and 1D-12)
