Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Installation

  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply a light coat of spindle oil or gasoline to a new O-ring and install it to the fuel pressure pulsation damper.
    2. Install the fuel pressure pulsation damper to the fuel delivery pipe.
    3. Install the clip.
  2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL COWL TOP PANEL OUTER  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR & LINK ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH 
  7. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  9. ADD ENGINE COOLANT  (See REPLACEMENT )
  10. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL 
  11. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK  (See REPLACEMENT )
  12. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  13. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  14. PERFORM SYSTEM INITIALIZE 
    1. Some systems need initialization when disconnecting the battery terminal.
