Oil Pump: Disassembly

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING
1. Remove the front oil pump body O-ring from the oil pump.
INSPECT STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY (See INSPECTION )

REMOVE STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY
1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T30), remove the 10 "torx" screws and stator shaft assembly.
INSPECT CLEARANCE OF OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY (See INSPECTION )

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR
1. Remove the front oil pump drive gear from the oil pump body.

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR
1. Remove the front oil pump driven gear from the oil pump body.

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL
1. Using SST, remove the front oil pump oil seal from the oil pump body.
  SST 09308-00010
INSPECT FRONT OIL PUMP BODY SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSPECTION )

REMOVE CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING
1. Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clutch drum oil seal rings from the stator shaft assembly.
