Pump Attenuator: Removal

  1. DRAIN ACTIVE HEIGHT CONTROL SUSPENSION FLUID 
    1. Connect the hose to the bleeder plug for height control accumulator and loosen the bleeder plug.
    2. After the fluid pressure has dropped and oil has drained out, tighten the bleeder plug remove the hose.

      Torque: 6.9 N*m (70 kgf*cm, 61 in.*lbf) 

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE PUMP ATTENUATOR 
    1. Using SST, disconnect the inlet fluid from the pump attenuator.

      SST 09751-36011 

      Torque: 15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)

    2. Using SST, disconnect the outlet fluid line from the pump attenuator.

      SST 09023-38401 

      Torque: 30 N*m (310 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Remove the 2 bolts and pump attenuator.

      Torque: 18 N*m (185 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf) 

    4. Remove the 2 collars and cushions.
