Horn System: Inspection

INSPECT LOW PITCHED HORN ASSY
1. Check operation of the horn.

If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assy.

INSPECT HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSY
1. Check operation of the horn.

If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assy.

INSPECT HORN RELAY ASSY

Remove the horn relay from the instrument panel J/B.
Check the horn relay continuity.
Standard:

CONTINUITY CHECK

Terminal No.	Condition	Specified Condition
1 - 2	Constant	Continuity
3 - 5	Apply battery voltage to terminals 1 and 2	Continuity

If the result is not as specified, replace the relay assy.
