On-Vehicle Repair
- Remove the filler plug.
- Remove the drain plug and drain the transaxle oil.
HINT:
Use a container to catch the transaxle oil.
- Reinstall the drain plug.
Torque: 39 N.m (400 kgf.cm, 29 ft.lbf)
- Refill new transaxle oil as shown in the illustration.
Oil grade: API GL-4 or GL-5
Viscosity: SAE 75W-90
Capacity:
TRANSAXLE OIL SPECIFICATION TABLEw/ LSD 1.8 liters (2.0 US qts, 1.7 Imp, qts) w/o LSD 1.9 liters (2.2 US qts, 1.8 Imp, qts) - Reinstall the filler plug.
Torque: 39 N.m (400 kgf.cm, 29 ft.lbf)
