Heater Unit: Installation

  1. INSTALL HEATER UNIT 
    1. Install the heater unit with the 3 nuts.
    2. Connect the 2 connector clamps.
    3. Connect the 2 wire clamps with the 2 screws.
  2. INSTALL REINFORCE AND INSTRUMENT PANEL (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  3. INSTALL PIPE GROMMETS

  4. CONNECT WATER HOSES TO HEATER RADIATOR PIPES 
    1. Connect the 2 heater hoses.
    2. Push the water hose onto the heater radiator pipe as far as the grommet.
    3. Install the hose clip in position, as shown in the illustration.
    4. Using pliers, grip the claw of the hose clip and slide the hose clip.
