Charging System: Generator: Removal

  1. Disconnect the wire clamp from the wire clip on the rectifier end frame.
  2. Remove the rubber cap and nut, and disconnect the generator wire.
  3. Disconnect the generator connector.
  4. Disconnect the harness clamp from the generator.

  5. Loosen the 2 bolts and remove the drive belt.
  6. Remove the 2 bolts and generator.
