Horn System: Inspection

1. Check operation of the horn.
   LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY SPECIFICATIONS
   
   

   Measurement Condition	Specified Condition
   Battery positive (+) --> Horn terminal Battery negative (-) --> Horn body	Horn blows

If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assy.

   HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY SPECIFICATIONS
   
   

   Measurement Condition	Specified Condition
   Battery positive (+) --> Horn terminal Battery negative (-) --> Horn body	Horn blows

If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assy.

1. Remove the horn relay from the instrument panel J/B.
2. Check the horn relay continuity.

   Standard:

If the result is not as specified, replace the relay assy.
