Heater Control Assembly: Removal

- REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER
- Using a screwdriver, pry out the 2 finish panels.

HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Using a screwdriver, pry out the 2 finish panels.
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Using a screwdriver, pry out the finish panel.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- w/o Radio:
Remove the 4 bolts and stereo opening cover.
w/Radio:
Remove the 4 bolts and radio, then disconnect the connectors.
- DISCONNECT HEATER CONTROL CABLES
Remove the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.
NOTE: When the cables are disconnected, be careful not to bend the cables. - REMOVE HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Using a screwdriver, pry out the heater control assembly.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Disconnect the 2 connectors.
