Heater Control Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove heater control cables.
    1. Using a screwdriver, spread the claw of the cable clamp and disconnect the outer cable.
      NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Remove the inner cable from the heater control assembly.

  2. Remove blower speed control switch.
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.
    3. Remove the switch.
  3. Remove def. mode switch.
    1. Release the 2 claws, then remove the switch.
    NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
