How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot in accordance with the procedure on the following pages.

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
    1. Go to next step  .
  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS CHECK AND SYMPTOM CHECK (See  CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS CHECK  ) 
    1. Go to next step  .
  3. PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ) 
    1. Without an applicable symptoms, proceed to "A".
    2. With an applicable symptoms, proceed to "B".
    1. A: Go to next step 
    2. B: Go to step   5 
  4. PERFORM TROUBLESHOOTING IN THE FOLLOWING METHOD, DEPENDING ON MALFUNCTION SYMPTOM 
    1. Terminals of ECU (See TERMINALS OF ECU )
    2. Inspection (See INSPECTION )
    3. On-vehicle inspection (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  5. ADJUSTMENT, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT 
    1. END
