Air Conditioning Unit: Installation

INSTALL A/C UNIT
1. Install the A/C unit with the 2 nuts.
2. w/Rear duct:
  Install the rear duct.
3. Install the drain hose.
INSTALL BLOWER UNIT (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL PIPE GROMMETS
INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL AND REINFORCEMENT (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT LIQUID TUBE AND SUCTION TUBE
1. Connect both tubes.
2. Install the 2 piping clamps.

3. After connection, check the fitting for claw of the piping clamp.

CONNECT WATER HOSES TO HEATER RADIATOR PIPE
1. Connect the 2 heater hoses.
2. Push the water hose onto the heater radiator pipe as further as the grommet.
3. Install the hose clip in a position, as shown in Fig 5.
4. Using pliers, grip the claw of the hose clip and slide the hose clip.
FILL WITH ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
CHARGE REFRIGERANT TO REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
1. Evacuate air from refrigeration system.
2. Charge system with refrigerant and inspect for leakage of refrigerant.
  Specified amount: 500 +/- 50 g (17.64 +/- 1.76 oz.)
