On-Vehicle Repair

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY BRACKET 

    Remove the 2 bolts and bracket and shift control cable clamp.

  3. REMOVE DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and direct clutch speed sensor.

    4. Remove the O-ring from the direct clutch speed sensor.
  4. INSTALL DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR 
    1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the direct clutch speed sensor.
    2. Install the direct clutch speed sensor with the bolt.

      Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf) 

    3. Connect the connector.
  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER BRACKET 

    Install the bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Torque: 19 N.m (195 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)

  7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY AND SHIFT CONTROL CABLE CLAMP
